How do I sign up for Money2India Canada?

Signing up for Money2India Canada is easy and takes a few minutes. Follow the steps below to register:

Visit our website or download our smartphone app from the App Store or Google Play Store to register.
Create your account with your e-mail address, phone number and a few other basic details
Verify your account using the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered Canadian mobile number or e-mail ID and create the password.
Fill in your profile details and address.
Add and verify details online of your bank from which money is to be sent.

I have a middle name but I only see fields for the first name and last name. How do I add my middle name in the account?

Please enter your name exactly as mentioned in your Canadian ID proof. If you have a middle name in your Canadian ID proof you may enter your middle name either in the first name field or in the last name field.

Please note that space is not allowed in the first name field and the last name field and hence to enter your middle name just write it together either with your first name or with your last name in the designated fields.

For example, if your full name as per the Canadian ID proof is ‘Raj Kumar Verma’, enter it as below:-

RajKumar

Last Name:
Verma

First Name:
Raj

I forgot my User ID. How do I recover it?

You can recover your User ID by clicking on ‘Trouble Logging In’ on the login page followed by clicking on ‘Forgot User ID’.

You will be required to validate your mobile number with a One-Time Password for security reasons. Once verified, the User ID will be sent to your registered e-mail ID.
