What is the daily fund transfer limit?

You can transfer up to SGD 20,000 in a day.

When will the amount get credited to the Beneficiary’s account in India?

The Beneficiary will get the amount credited in his/her account on the same day subject to the operational cut-off at 4 p.m. SGT and such day being a working day in Singapore and in India.

Will I get a confirmed rate at any time of the day?

You will get a confirmed rate. However, if the funds are not received by ICICI Bank within the cut-off time, then the transaction will be processed at the prevailing rate, on the next working day.

I am getting ‘Access Denied’ message. What should I do?

Please check if you have entered your User ID, password and other details correctly. If you are still unable to login, use the ‘Forgot Password’ or ‘User ID Disabled’ link on the Money2India login page and enter the required details as registered/updated by you on Money2India, to generate your temporary password. Thereafter, please contact the Money2India Customer Service team on <8001012553> (<8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.>, 7 days a week).

Is it necessary to get my mobile number registered to generate the password online?

Yes, it is mandatory to register your mobile number for receiving a One-Time Password, to reset your password or to generate your Money2India User ID.
